A decentralized web for everyone
Our big goal is to create a decentralized web that people can access even without the internet. It would take a lot of resources, expertise, and collaboration to make it happen. Here are some things we need to do:
- Build a decentralized network: We need a way for devices to connect with each other without using the internet. Technologies like mesh networks and cube satellites can help with this. Gun.js is a leader in decentralized networking.
- Create a decentralized storage system: We need to store web content so that it can be accessed even without the internet. Peer-to-peer file sharing or other decentralized storage solutions could help. IPFS is a leader in this area.
- Develop a decentralized domain name system: We need a way for users to access content on the decentralized web using alternative domain names. Blockchain technology or other decentralized naming systems could help. Ethereum Name Service is one solution.
- Build decentralized applications: We need lightweight applications that can run on all devices on the decentralized web. Gun and Ethereum already provide tools for developing these applications.
- Work with partners: We need to work with organizations and communities to make the decentralized web accessible and useful for users. LONESTAR can help with this.
These steps may seem complex and take a lot of time, but the crypto community has already started the process. Our goal is to make it happen sooner rather than later.
